We keep data collection to a minimum. We may receive:

• Details you send us through the contact form, such as your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you.

This website uses Google AdSense to show advertisements. Google and its partners are third-party vendors that use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to show you ads based on your visit to svdakota.com and/or other sites on the internet. Google may also use other identifiers, such as your IP address and device information, to measure and personalise ads.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through Google Ads Settings. You can also control or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the website may then work differently.

If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we show a consent message provided by Google. It lets you accept, reject or manage the use of cookies and personal data for advertising and measurement. You can change your choice at any time using the privacy options offered by that message, or by clearing the cookies for this website.

The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Analytics. Contact form messages are delivered by email through Resend. Pages may also embed content from third parties, such as videos, which can set their own cookies under their own policies.

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. Advertising and analytics data are handled by Google and our analytics provider under their own retention policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its use, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us and we will respond as soon as we can.

The website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
